Delegate badges are for individual use only and cannot be transferred.
Children under 18, including infants, are not permitted in conference or exhibition halls.
Organisers reserve the right of admission.
Security checks, including frisking, may be carried out at venue entrances; cooperation is requested.
Badges must be worn and clearly displayed throughout the event.
Cameras, bottles, cans and tins are not allowed inside the exhibition venue.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in exhibition halls.
Payments for successfully completed delegate registrations are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Incorrect registration information may result in cancellation and forfeiture of fees paid.
Use your official company email address. Registrations submitted using other email addresses may be cancelled and fees forfeited.
